Sacred Roots Interfaith Planting at IBC

About this event

Volunteers needed for this interfaith event at the Indiana Buddhist Center! On November 14th from 10 am -12 pm, we will be planting native plants and trees on the IBC grounds alongside volunteers from different faith backgrounds.

Keep Indianapolis Beautiful will share valuable information on how to plant and care for the native plants; and we will have the opportunity to learn about the views of other spiritual traditions on caring for our home, the Earth, from the Center for Interfaith Cooperation.

This is a joint effort between the Center for Interfaith Cooperation, Keep Indianapolis Beautiful, and the Indiana Buddhist Center. Please register here to help with planning and know that the signup link will go to an external website.

We hope you will join us for this special event. All are welcome!
