About this event
In this 60 minute class we will learn to synchronize breath and movement, exploring yoga postures in our bodies with awareness and alignment. Each class will visit both strengthening and balance postures in a variety of accessible ways. At the end of each class we will actively rest and integrate the spaces we have created in our bodies.
