Pilates Stretch + Restore

About this event

Stretch + Restore is designed to slow things down, improve mobility and flexibility, release tension and give your body a chance to recover. Expect a combination of gentle stretching, mobility work, mindful movement and restorative techniques. It’s a perfect complement to your reformer classes—or simply a place to come when your body needs a little extra care.
